Who are you, and why did you build IncludeCore?
We are a small team in Valencia,
Spain, and Berlin,
Germany. IC exists because we experienced the challenges of hosting backend
services or tool
updates, building CMS portals, or finding BE developers for projects.
Who are you building this for?
Indie front-end and full-stack
developers, as well as
small teams that love building amazingly crafted web and app experiences.

Are you really 100% no-code?
Unlike other platforms, not a single line of code is needed to configure
your backend APIs, CMS
and Customer Panel.
Who builds my front end?
Any FE or full-stack developer or
developer team can
build the front-end for your web, mobile, or IoT app.
Are there limitations on how I can build my front-end?
No, we are front-end agnostic. Any
front-end that can be
connected to our BE is 100% compatible.
Should I expect API breaking changes?
No, we will never ask you to change
your front-end code,
as we will never introduce API breaking changes.
Do you host my frontend code?
No, we only host your backend. You
should consider using
a service like AWS S3, Google Cloud, or Netlify to host your frontend.
Why should I trust your platform?
Our platform is developed by
prioritising security and
stability. We use strong security measures in our code and server
configuration, such as enforcing
HTTPS across our platform. Our documentation also helps you prevent XSS
attacks when displaying
user-supplied content.
Who is your cloud provider, and which hosting regions do you offer?
We are building on AWS and our
current data centre is
located in Ireland. As we grow we will start to offer other hosting regions.
Can I host IC on my current cloud solution?
No. Only if we host your backend
services we are able to
deliver on our security and performance promises.
Who owns my data, and how can I access it?
You own your data but we have the
right to remove your data and terminate your account if you violate platform
policies.
How do you handle backups?
We have an internal emergency
backup
that runs every
hour, but we do not currently offer a backup service.
Can I export my data?
You can only export your data as a
basic CVS file. We
will start to provide select integrations later this year.
Do you offer a free version?
We offer a Test & Learn option
which
is not time-boxed
but has strict usage limits around API request and storage. This free
version is sufficient to
test and play with all aspects of the product and you can even take it into
production if you
choose to.
Is there an annual plan?
No. We are planning to release
annual
plans in 2024. For
now, we keep it simple!
What happens to my apps if you go bust?
In the unlikely case that we
suspend
the project, we will
send you the source code.
What happens if I exceed 100% of my usage?
We will send you a warning just
before you exceed your
quota. We will send you another warning immediately after you exceed your
quota. Once you receive
the second warning, you must switch to another plan or contact us, or your
account may be
suspended.
